Macy 6 month pics

Our sweet Macy turned 6 months on June 27th. Our dear friend and Beth's mommy, Lindsay, come over and snapped a few pics in the front yard for us. I think they came out just BEAUTIFUL!!!! She is growing way to fast. She is now, rolling over, sitting up, holding her own bottle and much much more! We are so lucky to have her.

T-Ball (Go Rangers)

The twins have been playing t-ball the last month and Heath and I are coaching. These kids haven no idea what they are doing, but it's sure fun to watch.

4th of July

It was Macy's first 4th of July. We went to The Sim's as we have done for a few years now, and bbq'ed and watched the fireworks from their lawn. This year it poured down rain however. And I mean POURED. The fireworks were delayed until the next day, so it just extended our holiday celebration. Here are a couple few snapshots of our sweetie pies. The girls were camping with their mom this year.

When you start to talk to Macy, she gets embarrassed and hides her face. It's so cute!

Macy also rolled over last week! I can't believe it. She rolled over all by herself, but it took a few days for her to figure out how to roll back over from her tummy. She is growing so fast.

Happy 6 Month Birthday Macy

6 months ago today we got the call that would change our lives forever. We got Macy!

I can't believe it's been 6 months already. TIME FLIES!!! She is seriously the best baby E-V-E-R! She has brought and continues to bring so much joy to this family I can't really comprehend it sometimes. Her smile is infectious and she draws so much attention from everyone around her. She has the BIGGEST dimples and you can't help but just smile every time you are in her presence. We are so excited to be finalizing the adoption next month in SLC. While we could have done it as early as this week, since she is 6 months now, we decided to wait another month since we will be in Utah for an adoption conference anyway. I couldn't have asked for a better situation. We will travel to UT on Wed 7/28, we finalize in the SLC courthouse the next day on Thurs 7/29 and then will be attending the adoption conference on Fri 7/30 & Sat 7/31. Oh and did I mention that 7/31 is my birthday! We received the call for Macy 2 days after Christmas and will be finalizing 2 days before my birthday. Talk about the best Christmas and birthday present ever! I am so excited that grammie and grampie Morby will be traveling from Idaho and Aunt Caryl and family will be at the courthouse as well. We will also have the girls with us. This will be a special trip, not to mention a very emotional one! WE LOVE YOU MACY!

Eliza turns 30!!!

Well we pulled it off. After 2 months of planning and a lot of stress later :), we did it. Eliza had no clue and we surprised her for her upcoming 30th birthday. We reserved the patio at Carino's restaurant and had some fun things planned for her throughout the evening. I took quite a few pics but our dear Michelle took many more. We carried the party into the evening by going to a club where many more memories were made. Once I get those pics I will post for funniest from the evening.

On a personal note however, my hottie of a man pulled out all the stops on his outfit and several jaws dropped along the way. Definitely no shame in his game! And oh and he has game baby!

Nebraska or Bust

A couple weeks ago we traveled to Haisting Nebraska for Braxton's softball tournament. I was a quick weekend trip but felt like we had been gone forever. The heat can take it all out of you that's for sure. We had a great time, the weather was way to hot, but the girls did great. We ended up winning the consolation bracket which was awesome. Braxton is improving so much in her skill level. We are so proud of her. Her primary position is catcher, however she pitched a few innings and also plays short stop as needed. Here's our girl in action.
